Intended learning outcomes

a. Knowledge and understanding:

  1. Understanding of the differences between immune responses at different age groups.
  2. Learn the importance of immunology in developing serological diagnostic tests.
  3. Get acquainted with the reasons behind failures in organ transplants.

b. Mental skills:

  1. Student should be able to suggest relations between pathological disorders and immunological ones.
  2. Student should be able to analyses the results of serological tests.

c. Scientific and professional skills:

  1. Ability to identify the causes of immunity disorders.
  2. Develop understanding of the current concepts related to mechanism of autoimmunity.
  3. Acquire knowledge and skills for critical analysis of the normal and abnormal immune responses.
